Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize top carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days. Cost is flat-rate or calculated at checkout (Free for domestic orders over $75).
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days. Cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on carrier capacity.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
The Blink Bar ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes via USPS.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We proudly ship worldwide using premium international carriers, primarily DHL and carrier-partnered local postal services.
International Delivery Estimates
- International Standard: 7–14 business days. Cost varies by destination.
- International Express: 3–5 business days. Cost varies by destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Blink Bar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages, Losses, and Missing Packages
The Blink Bar is committed to getting your order to you safely. [1]
- Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please reach out to our support team at support@theblinkbar.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a carrier claim or replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery carrier office before contacting us.
