Section 1 - Product Safety & Use Disclaimer
By purchasing our eyelash products, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety terms:
  • Cosmetic Use Only: Our lashes and adhesives are intended solely for cosmetic use.
  • Application Safety: You agree to follow all instructions provided with the products. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, immediately remove the products and consult a medical professional.
  • Assumption of Risk: The Blink Bar is not liable for any personal injury, allergic reactions, or adverse medical conditions resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Section 2 - Strict Final Sale & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of eyelash products and cosmetic goods, all sales are final.
  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reasons including change of mind, incorrect style selection, or compatibility.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, you must contact us at support@theblinkbar.com within 5 days of delivery. You must provide photographic proof of the defect or damage. Approved replacements will be issued at our sole discretion.

Section 3 - Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal actions arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products must be filed in the appropriate state or federal court.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
